In 2006, we partnered with staff and community members to create theDraft Strategic Plan, a guide to help us create a new generation ofcitizens ready to contribute to our nation.
The Saint Paul Public Schools administration leads our efforts to realize the goals outlined in the Draft Strategic Plan:

Improve MCA-II proficiency for student groups when compared to peers statewide
Accelerate MCA-II annual growth rates of student groups
Eliminate gaps in rates of average attendance
Eliminate gaps in graduation rates
Increase higher education enrollment
