Farnsworth Aerospace Magnet Elementary

Farnsworth is a NASA Explorer School, and our aerospace focus captures children’s interest in space and aviation to help them learn in all subject areas, including science, math, technology, history, geography and reading. The range of lessons involving aerospace spans all grade levels and student abilities.    

Demographics (2006-07)

  • 624 students (including 4-year-old program)
  • 74% students receiving free- or reduced-price meals
  • 56% English Language Learners
