Tutoring in SPPS
The Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation is coordinating a city-wide tutoring initiative—the Tutoring Partnership for Academic Excellence which works to ensure high-quality, consistent tutoring for students in Saint Paul Public Schools. Caring adults are invited to positively impact student success and community development by becoming volunteer tutors through the Foundation’s Tutoring Partnership.

Volunteering in SPPS
Volunteers bring valuable talents, interests and time to help students reach their full potential. By giving freely of their time, volunteers also send students the message that they matter, and that their future is bright. Student Internships
SPPS offers Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs in the areas of Family and Consumer Sciences, Industrial Technology, Agriculture Education, Work Based Learning, and Business Education. There are 110 CTE Course’s district-wide, all of which are aligned with National Standards.

We invite you to support the Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation and our work to rally investments of time and resources to support academic success in the Saint Paul Public Schools. The Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization; your donation is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. 

Join Your Voice with Other Parents
Parents United for Public Schools is a statewide, grassroots organization, Parents United is composed of concerned and informed Minnesota parents and citizens committed to Minnesota’s leadership in quality public education.

Other Opportunities:

  • Capital Expenditure Advisory Committee (CEAC) reviews and comments on major capital expenditures planned by the district which are referred to this committee from the superintendent, the administration or the Board of Education; download the application form for this committee.
