Highwood Hills is neighborhood school located on Saint Paul’s East Side. Highwood Hills features an extensive literacy center; a faculty trained through the University of Minnesota in the area of reading utilizing Reading Excellence and Reading First grants; and language academy classes for students that need additional language skills.
