Materials Distribution Request Form

Please complete the information below to request that your materials be reviewed for distribution. Please complete all fields. Failure to provide all answers may result in a significant delay.

You may upload an electronic copy of your flyer for review on this page. If you do not have your flyer electronically or if you prefer to send a hard copy, please download the request form below and fax to (651) 290-8386. Your material/flyer must include the following disclaimer in at least 10-point type size on the first page in order to be reviewed: “The Saint Paul Public Schools does not sponsor, endorse or recommend the activities announced in this flyer.”
