Media invited to SPPS for Gifted and Talented Youth Week
Inrecognizing Governor Tim Pawlenty's proclamation of Oct. 18 - 24 asGifted and Talented Youth Week, Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) wouldlike to open its doors to media members to support their reporting ofthe many gifted and talented programs for children. The district'selementary schools offer gifted and talented programs and at thesecondary level students can take advanced classes.
Saint PaulPublic Schools often receive media requests to explore significantprograms and successful students. Now is the chance to explorefirst-hand the issue of gifted and talented education. You are invitedto visit the following Saint Paul Public Schools this week and see ourgifted and talented programs in action.
