  • DONATE TO FARNSWORTH UPPER -

At Farnsworth, aerospace is infused in every aspect of our curriculum. Our dedicated staff encourages experimentation and engages imagination. Our students work on teams to solve complex problems, and each success builds confidence for the next challenge. Other classes and activities include music, art, on-site flight simulators, and hands-on field trips that expand understanding of aerospace. Families are encouraged to learn together through aerospace and engineering family nights and events. Students thrive here through inspiration, imagination and commitment to become a future leader.

We are currently fundraising for our REC (KidWind) program. The 10 students in this program have won our regional wind energy tournament and have been invited to the National Wind Tournament in Anaheim, CA as part of the AWEA conference. The Farnsworth team has been very fortunate to have won this competition for the last two years through a great deal of hard work and perseverance. Now our challenge is to compete at a higher level, an experience that will provide a wealth of knowledge and real world experiences far beyond the means of Farnsworth students and their families. The cost of the trip for 12 people (10 students and 2 adults) is estimated to be around $9,300 which includes airfare, lodging, food and a team jacket with school logo and team name-- and we need your help to met this fundraising goal. Donate today via GiveMN.

Your donation will help provide Farnsworth students with supplies, tools and learning opportunities beyond the exceptional curriculum they already receive. Thank you for considering a gift to our school.
