“Dual Credit” refers to all courses that allow students to earn high school and college credit while the student is in high school. There are a variety of ways students can earn dual credit. Opportunities vary by school; however, all schools offer multiple ways students may earn both high school and college credit. The following dual credit options are explained in this section: Concurrent Enrollment, Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO)*, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Career and Technical Education (CTE).
*Each college and university has their own timeline and application deadlines for Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO).
