| Frequently Asked Questions How do I enroll my child in school? Students
who are not currently enrolled in Saint Paul Public Schools must first
complete an intake. Please contact the Student Placement Center at
(651) 632-3701 to schedule an appointment. You may also wish to visit
the School Selection Guide online at www.enroll.spps.org for information on schools.
When will I know my child's 2009-10 school? Middle school, junior high and senior high students will receive a letter from the district in late March or early April.
Elementary students will receive a letter from their school in mid to late April. If you have had a change of address since applying, please contact the Student Placement Center and notify them of your new address.
I want to distribute information to students in SPPS schools. Agencies or organizations requesting distribution of flyers and other publications to Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) students and their families via schools must have permission. Please click here to learn more.
I have computer equipment I would like to donate. Who do I contact? Unfortunately, SPPS does not accept donations of computers or peripherals. Two local organizations that accept computer donations are Minnesota Computers for Schools (businesses/organizations; no individual donations at this time) and PCs for People (businesses/organizations and individual donations).
Please check their Web sites for minimum requirements for donations. If you find you need to recycle your equipment, Green Guardian has information about disposal and recycling. You can also contact your local electronics retailer – some of them accept materials for recycling free of charge.
