Conversation about the Future

On September 4, SPPS administration presented to the Committee of the Board of Education carefully prepared data about the past, present and possible future of our schools and school district. This is in response to the academic, financial and operational challenges and trends we have been facing for many years, and that are predicted to become more challenging.

The presentation was the start of a conversation - not the end. In the coming weeks and months, SPPS will be including staff, families, partners and our community in this critical conversation.
