Saint Paul Truth-In-Taxation hearing is set for Thursday, December 11, 2008
Saint Paul, Minn.- The Truth-In-Taxation hearing for Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS),the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County will be at 6 p.m., Thursday,Dec. 11, 2008 in the Great Hall of Arlington Senior High School, 1495Rice St.
The three government agencies hold a joint propertytax hearing every year. Elected officials from SPPS, the Saint PaulCity Council and Ramsey County will be at the meeting.
Thehearing will include brief remarks from a representative of eachgovernment unit followed by public comment. The meeting also providesan opportunity for the public to meet with appraisers who can addressspecific issues related to individual property taxes and valuations.Appraisers will be available in adjacent rooms starting at 5:30 p.m.
