1. Failure to exercise ordinary caution, resulting in fire in a school building or damage to school property.
2. False Fire Alarm – the giving of a false alarm of fire or the
tampering or interference with any fire alarm system.
Minimum Disciplinary Action:
1. Immediate police notification and fire departments;
suspension; recommendation for administrative transfer; restitution for
damage.

Violation:
Pyrotechnic Devices: Possession and/or detonation of pyrotechnic devices.
Minimum Disciplinary Action:
Possible police notification; possible dismissal or parent conference.
Violation:
Theft: The unauthorized taking of the property of another.

Unauthorized Use of School Property:
The unauthorized or illegal use of school property for non-school sponsored activities.

Willful Damage to School Property:
Willfully cutting, defacing, or otherwise injuring in any way any
property, real or personal, belonging to or used by the school
district.
Minimum Disciplinary Action:
Possible suspension; possible police notification; restitution for
damage; possible expulsion. The parent or guardian shall be liable for
all damage caused by the student.
Violation:
Willful Damage to Property of Others: Willful damage to property of staff members and/or others.
Minimum Disciplinary Action:
Possible suspension; possible police notification; parent conference; restitution for damage.
