Tips for calling teachers and other staff:
Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Before and after those hours a caller will automatically go into the general mail box when calling the office number. Between those hours the call will go through to the office personnel (sometimes they cannot answer a phone because the office staff is handling other calls).
Classrooms can be called directly by using the teacher's number before 8:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. In between those times the call will automatically go the the teacher's mailbox. If you need to speak to your child's teacher during the school day you will have to go through the Capitol Hill office 651-325-2500.
In general, Capitol Hill staff can be emailed using the format firstname.lastname@example.org
All other non-classroom staff can be called directly and if the person is not available to answer the phone it will go to that person's mail box. For reporting an absence you may call 651-325-2599 and that will connect you to our attendance mail box.
