The Office of Leadership Development (OLD) develops instructional, racial equity and servant leaders to have the will, skill, knowledge and capacity to raise achievement for all students. OLD is responsible for on-going professional development for administrators, teacher leaders, district leaders and student leaders.
The Leadership Development Intern Program was designed strategically in response to a growing body of research that highlights the need for multiple pathways into education leadership positions.
ADMINISTRATOR POSITIONS FOR SY17-18
For SY17-18, SPPS will not have administrator pools; rather positions will be posted as site-specific. Human Resources will post positions as they become available.
