| Community Input Sessions |  | The Office of Community Relations is working with the Office of Accountability and the English Language Learner department as follow up to the District's commitment to engage the community on a regular basis and advance the District's Strategic Plan for Continued Excellence. The session themed "Together With Families: Focus on Success" will take place this spring with family and community members. Facilitated conversations will address shared accountability. For example, questions to be discussed may include:What do our children need to succeed in their education? What does success look like for our children and in our community? What will we do - as family, staff and community members - to help students be successful?
The community input sessions will be held as follows:
April 24, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Rondo Red Atrium
April 29, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Mounds Park All Nations
In cooperation with SPPS parent advisory committees, language-specific community input sessions will be held as follows:
April 18, Somali, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at 360 Colborne
April 21, Hmong, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at 360 Colborne
May 7, Spanish, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at 360 Colborne
All meetings will follow the same format, address the same questions related to shared accountability, and are open to the entire Saint Paul community.
