Programming Changes Update
Next year’s changes for some of our schools are taking shape now and include meetings with Homecroft community members. In addition, a leadership announcement is anticipated soon regarding Farnsworth Aerospace Magnet and Cleveland Junior High schools.

It was determined in January that the Farnsworth and Cleveland schools will be supported by co-principals who are poised to share responsibilities for the preK-8 programs. Troy Vincent and Jill Gebeke, current principals at the schools, will work together to guide the transition before the start of the next school year.

At Homecroft, community members are working to help the school district develop programming options for the school.  An Advisory Team has been formed and minutes from their meetings are available here.

Finally, at Humboldt Junior and Humboldt Senior High Schools, staff are working to bring to fruition a vision for an Environmental Studies Career and Technical Institute.
