The 2008-2009 Calendar for Families now available
Key dates include the start of school for grades 1-12 as Sept. 2, 2008 and the start of kindergarten as Sept. 8, 2008.
Winter break will run from Dec. 22, 2008 to Jan. 2, 2009.
In addition, the calendar shows that the number of school days will 175 days for secondary, 173 days for elementary with 169 days for kindergarten students.
Testing dates will be determined once the State testing calendar is finalized.
