In Saint Paul Public Schools, many schools have staff members dedicated to working with families. These staff are sometimes called "family liaisons" but may be known as parent coordinators, cultural specialists, or project coordinators. No matter what their title, these talented professionals work to build the capacity of families and school staff to work together for student success. The Office of Family Engagement supports them through training and technical assistance.
