Rose Santos is the Principal of LEAP High School, Saint Paul Public Schools ALC high school for immigrant and refugee students. She has been the Principal of LEAP High School for 12 years.

Ms. Santos is fluent in English and Spanish. She graduated from Macalester College, majoring in Spanish, Linguistics and Education. She holds a Masters in Special Education with a focus in learning disabilities from the University of St. Thomas, and a Specialist degree in Bilingual Special Education from the University of Arizona.
