A new year of Flipside has begun at Humboldt and we are off to an exciting start. There is still time to sign up, however. Flipside is a great opportunity to get any academic help you might need, or to join one of our many fun and interesting enrichment clubs. Registration forms can always be picked up in and returned to the main office.
Welcome to Flipside
Flipside offers a large variety of enrichment opportunities in art, music & dance, language & culture, health & wellness, social growth, leadership & service, and STEM. Our goal is to provide urban youth with opportunities to explore and discover their passions in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

- Offers snack and transportation to eligible students daily
- Monday through Thursday
- Offers a program on nonschool days & summer called Teenventure
Program Evaluation Information
The Flipside afterschool program continually works to improve the program quality and experience for students in order to reach intended outcomes. Parents are given the option to to have their child participate in evaluation activities upon registering for the program. If you choose not to participate in program evaluation activities, please sign and return the form below to your school office. The student survey is also listed below for your review.
The Fall session of Flipside began on Monday, October 8th.
The Winter session of Flipside will begin on Monday, January 28th. Students may register for Flipside at any point during the school year.
