Mme Lindell began teaching at LNFI in 2016. She has a BA in French and Global Studies from North Park University in Chicago, a Minnesota Teaching License from Hamline University, and a Preschool certification from Metro State University.  She has taught Preschool (French immersion) for the last 7 years, and has also worked as an after-school French teacher for elementary schoolers, high schoolers, and adults. 

When not at school, Mme Lindell enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her dog Ember.  In the winter she especially enjoys cross country skiing and making crafts.  

Mme Lindell has lived in South Minneapolis for the last 10 years, but before that lived in Chicago, Colorado, and France. She has one younger sister. 

Mme Lindell loves working at LNFI because of the global diversity represented in our student population.  She loves to travel when she can, meet new people, and learn about different cultures.  

The PreK Teaching Assistant this year is Mme Sylvie Kabeya.  She is a native French speaker from the Congo.  This is her third year as a TA at l'Etoile.
