    • Ensuring that available funds are distributed equitably across all employee groups
    • Providing clear and transparent communication
    • Conducting annual reviews of district priorities to help identify areas of greatest need
    • Establishing an annual dollar amount for negotiations among all employee groups
    • Identifying district negotiations priorities each year
    • Supporting our negotiations teams in pursuit of our Guiding Values
