Hello! I am Todd Marder and I am one of the science teachers at Hidden River Middle school. I teach 6th grade Earth Science. 

I enjoy being a middle school science teacher because I have the opportunity to teach science every day to my students. If you find yourself in my classroom you will see us doing a lab, hear a lively discussion about the question of the day, or making connections between the content we are studying and our world.

 I do not assign homework in my classroom; all of the work is done in class and needs to be completed in class. We use a combination of paper notebooks and iPads as tools to complete our work.

 In my free time outside of school I enjoy Star Trek, lifting weights and reading.
