Hello!

I am Timothy Rand, and it is with much pleasure to be the Health and Physical Education teacher at, International LEAP!  The 2019-2020 school year will the start of my 20th year of teaching, but this will be my first year at Internation LEAP.  My education includes a BAS degree, in Health Education, from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a BS degree in Physical Education, from Iowa Wesleyan University, and a MAED degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Northern Iowa.

In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and going to sporting events.

Currently, I live in St. Paul with my family.  I am very happy to be teaching, in the city I live.
