Kelsey Crusinberry

  • My name is Kelsey Crusinberry, but I go by Ms. Kelsey during the school day. I am the ESL Teacher for 7th and 8th grade students at Parkway and primarily co-teach with science and social studies teachers. I am committed to helping students access and understand the academic language they need to be successful at school.

This is my third year at Parkway. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Luther College in 2010 and recently finished my K-12 ESL Licensure at Hamline University. Before teaching at Parkway, I worked with middle school and high school students in the St. Croix Valley, developing student leaders and leading service-learning experiences for youth in the area. Prior to that I spent a year in South Korea teaching English at an all-boys high school, served as a reserve teacher for the Minneapolis school district and completed a year of service with the St. Joseph Worker Program in South Minneapolis.

I am excited to continue my teaching journey at Parkway and look forward to learning and growing alongside the students and staff in this community.
