Keyboard not working?

If your keyboard is not working, do a hard restart of your iPad by holding in both the power and home buttons until the iPad turns off and keep holding both buttons until the apple appears on the screen.

Update your iPad operating system

Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update. If there is an update available, install it!
