Hello Students and Families, I'm Mr. Travis!

 

I am a teacher here at Benjamin E. Mays servicing students who qualify for services under the label of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Developmental Cognitive Delayed (DCD). 

 

I have been working in Special Education since 2011 and I am passionate about getting the best out of each student everyday.

 

In my classroom, we specify the learning of each student based on their individual needs. We teach academic, social, and basic life skills to enhance students growth throughout their important years of being educated at the elementary level.

 

Developing IEP's and scaffolding district wide curriculum to ensure we are making gains with your student is a priority.
