Ms. Emma Corcoran
My name is Emma Corcoran, and I will be teaching 6th grade physical science (more information below). I grew up in the Twin Cities and went to college at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities (go gophers!). I graduated with my Bachelors of science in chemistry in 2020, and I finished my teaching license program to teach middle-school science and high-school chemistry this spring. This will be my first year teaching at BCMS, and I am very excited to meet my 6th grade scientists and get learning!
Some fun facts: I love doing anything that is art-related or crafty, I am a big Marvel fan (Loki is my favorite character), and this summer I took the Amtrak train to Chicago to go visit museums.
If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out! Email is the best way to reach me and I will try to respond within 24 hours.
