Hello everyone, my name is Schania Tate, I am a science teacher and teach grades (k-5). This is my first year working for SPPS Online Schools and my first year teaching . I recently moved back to Minnesota from Atlanta, GA where I completed my undergraduate degree from Spelman College. I graduated from there in May 2020 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology.

I enjoy being able to engage with all of my students as I teach them about the world around them and lead them to explore the natural sciences. I am super excited to have joined the SPPS Online school team and looking forward to continuing to work with our wonderful students.

Some things I enjoy doing in my free time are reading, shopping, traveling and spending time with my dear friends and family.
