Welcome Maxfield families!  My name is Maddie Schultz, and I am the 1st/2nd grade teacher at Maxfield.  This is my third year teaching, and my first year at Maxfield!  I have previously taught at another SPPS school and a charter school.  I strive to create a classroom community that supports all students and challenges all students.  We focus on our school CARES everyday!  One of my favorite things to teach in the classroom is math.  I am originally from the Milwaukee area, and have lived in Minnesota for 6 years.  When I am not at school, I love taking my dog for walks, reading, and exploring new restaurants around the Twin Cities.  I am loving being part of the Maxfield community!
