Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has issued a new stay-at-home order, which will go into effect at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27. This order means that students will not go back to school after spring break. Distance learning will begin on Monday, April 6, and go through at least May 4, 2020. I am Dr. Winston H. Tucker, the proud principal of Highland Park Senior High School. I have worked in SPPS since 1989. Prior to becoming principal at Highland Park I was principal at Murray Junior High School for nine years. I've also taught Social Studies and Humanities and served as an Assistant Principal, all in the Saint Paul School District.
