Our Principal (Tuam Thawj Tswj)

  • Dear Jackson Families:

I continue to be honored and excited to be a member of the Jackson Elementary Family. As your principal, I look forward each day to strengthening the relationships and the opportunity to get to know all of you and engage in the educational process together.

It has been my honor to work for St. Paul Public Schools for the last 22 years as a teacher, program manager, assistant principal, principal, and Superintendent's Special Project Officer.  I am energized and deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our children.

At Jackson, we remain committed to high expectations for all students, providing academically challenging programs (English and Hmong dual language pathways) while offering a loving, nurturing environment that develops student's social and emotional needs.

We practice a school culture of ensuring that student's needs come first, language and cultural diversity are assets, strong relationships build inclusive communities, and all students are expected to achieve at their highest levels.

I believe that all of us (our parents/families, the school and the community) must work together in an extended family environment to ensure success for all of our students.

    Kindest regards,

    Bee Lee,
