Greetings, 

     I started teaching in St. Paul in the spring of 2003 and have taught at Johnson every year.  I grew up in Virginia, MN.  After graduating high school, I continued my education at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.  I even spent a semester studying abroad in Seville, Spain.  I earned my master's degree in teaching from Concordia University-St. Paul.  I am fortunate to have a wonderful familiy.  My wife is a middle school English teacher and I have have 3 amazing kids.  I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and spending time with my family.
