Members of the 3M Safety Division team outfitted the school with reflective gear and materials to support safer 7:15am student arrival during darker winter months.

Donated 200 snack bags for distribution to students and families.
Cretin-Derham Hall
Seven seniors from CDH volunteer in classrooms on Thursdays at Cherokee for the full school year.
Ecolab
- Sponsored and provided volunteers for Cherokee/Playworks courtyard renovation(painting game frames for student use)
- Sponsored Blessings in a Backpack weekend meal donation
- Sponsoring Engineering Night stations through The Works Museum in January
HealthPartners
For the fourth year, volunteers from HealthPartners Government Relations have returned to read with 3rd graders during a monthly Read Together session.

St. Paul Parks & Rec
Providing after-school Rec in Motion programming onsite on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 2-6pm for Kindergarten-5th Gr. students.
West Side Community Organization (WSCO)
Works with school principals and the school community to promote and grow West Side neighborhood assets and resources.
West Siders for Strong Schools
Co-host of annual Celebrating our Cultures Night.
YMCA
Providing after-school Thrive! programming for 5th graders as part of Cherokee’s Extended Day Learning program.
Youth Farm
Support of science standards work through greenhouse planting experiences, creation of an onsite student/family garden, and spring plant giveaway.
