My name is Tammy Otto and this is my 24th year in St. Paul and my sixth year at Chelsea Heights. I am married and have two adult kids. In my time away from school I like to camp, spend time with my family, and travel. I am excited about beginning the new school year and getting to know my third graders and families. We work hard, have fun, and make great friendships in third grade.
