Students and staff who need help with their iPads can call one of the numbers below as appropriate. Information is also available online for basic iPad tutorials.
DISTRICT SERVICE DESK:
Call to report lost or stolen iPads, immediately or if the iPad gets damaged or doesn’t work.
If these issues occur outside school hours, please wait until you are back in school to have it fixed.
Call for help on technical issues with the iPad like needing help connecting to a wireless network, using the iPad, or to ask specific questions about the Apple apps installed on your iPad
