All Foods classes will be graded or assessed in the same way.
100% of the grade will be based on SUMMATIVE Assessments. Examples of SUMMATIVE assessments include cooking labs, food presentations, cultural food posters as well as tests.
0% of the grade will be based on FORMATIVE Assessments. Examples of FORMATIVE assessments include class notes, worksheets, and kitchen math drill practice.
