Can I Visit The Heights?
Families are always welcomed to visit their child's classroom. Please contact your child's teacher in advance if possible. When you arrive please sign in at the main office.
To arrange for a tour, please call us at (651)293-8815 and let the office know you are interested in touring the school.
Does The Heights have a safety patrol?
There are crossing patrols on the corners of Hazel and Clear.
Patrols are on their corners from 8:00-8:10 am and 3:00-3:10 pm. If the temperature and wind chill is below zero or there is lightning present, then patrols will not be available.
Is All-Day Kindergarten Available at The Heights?
Yes, All-Day Kindergarten can be found at The Heights.
The Heights is fortunate to have five district-sponsored all-day kindergarten classrooms. All-day kindergarten is beneficial for both our students and parents. Kindergarteners get even more exposure to others their own age in a nurturing environment and leave better-prepared for 1st grade.
Is Breakfast Offered at The Heights?
Breakfast To Go is offered every morning from 8:10-8:30 am and is free for all students.
It's often said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we encourage all of our students to start the day off with a healthy meal, be it at home or at school. Students eat breakfast in their room.
Is School Closed?
If you are wondering if school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather, you can find your answer in one of several ways.
