West 7th Early Childhood Family Education, a District Community Education program, is excited to be a part of the Global Arts Plus School. We are located in the Upper Campus, 810 Palace Avenue.  One can enter in Door #18 for our classrooms. 

Saint Paul Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) offers parent and early childhood education for families with children between birth and kindergarten age. 

We have three components to our classes: Family Time, when parents and children learn together to emphasize developing children's language, reading and math skills; Parent Time, when a licensed parent educator leads the parents through discussions intended to increase knowledge and parenting skills; and Children's Time, when children participate in activities which focus on social and emotional development.

ECFE is based on the idea that the family provides a child’s first and most important learning environment, and parents are a child’s first and most significant teachers.  ECFE works to strengthen families and enhance the ability of all parents to provide the best possible environment for the healthy growth and development of their children.
