Reliable and Accountable
Represent the district as a consistent voice on matters of standardized testing, data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting. Assemble and collaborate with various stakeholders to increase understanding and include multiple perspectives. Stakeholders include staff within the district, the greater St. Paul community, the state legislature, federal granting agencies, and other entities.

Informative and Transparent
Inform staff on recent trends in district data to guide decision making. Ensure information is consistent and dependable for staff and stakeholders. Train staff and provide technical assistance to improve data literacy, to build evaluative capacity, and to deliver assessments that are fair, valid, and ethical in accordance with legal requirements.

Timely and Impactful
Collect different sources of data to create efficiencies and inform district priorities. Effectively use data and information to evaluate programs, communicate results, unmask disparities, and identify areas for improvement. Provide professional services which include testing administration, survey development and management, and focus group facilitation. Develop tools to monitor progress, reports to disseminate findings, and visualizations to enhance understanding.
