Welcome to my classroom and my website.  This is my fifth year at Washington and I'm excited to help our sophomores reach their goals of becoming college ready.

Prior to Washington I taught at the Osseo Alternative Learning CenterMinnesota Transitions Charter School, and the former Crossroads Alternative High School (currently named Anoka-Hennepin Regional High School).

I received my first bachelor's degree from Moorhead State University in Elementary Education.  I received my second bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in a double major of Physiology and Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development (GCD).  I am completing my master's degree this school year at Hamline University in general education with a focus in gender equity.  Hamline is also where I received my additional teaching licenses in high school and middle school mathematics, middle school science and high school biology.

I’m licensed to teach biology, chemistry, and physical science as well as math.  I like to integrate science into my math teaching as much as I possibly can.

Parents- Please email or call me with any questions or concerns you have of your son or daughter in terms of math.
