Capitol Hill Receives “2016 Reward School” Designation At Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet, students are challenged academically to build on their strengths, interests, and passions. This year, the school was recognized by the Minnesota Department of Education for growth on the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment (MCA) test and closing the achievement gap. Principal Patrick Bryan credits Capitol Hill’s dedicated staff, social and emotional learning and District achievement gap work as key components of student success.
