With your help, we have been able fill specific, unmet needs of hundreds of Minnesota food and shelter providers every year since we were founded by State employees in 1986. Beds, freezers, heaters, school supplies and more – we provide tangible goods that charities need to serve more people in crisis and serve them better. Our volunteer Board of Directors and small staff work hard to ensure that your gift is directed to where it will make the greatest impact. With a donation to Open Your Heart, you can be confident that your contribution is making a difference in the lives of hungry and homeless Minnesotans.
