Construct Tomorrow Hosts Career Exploration Day for SPPS students
On Oct. 12 and 13, Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) high school students received a hands-on introduction to construction jobs from painters, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals during the Construct Tomorrow Career Exploration Day at the Fort Snelling Base Camp. Construct Tomorrow is a collective of apprenticeship skills instructors, prime and sub-contractors, government representatives from labor and workforce development and youth educators. The Program seeks to expand career options for students and help prepare the emerging workforce to be successful.
