Miss Karen Cory
I have been teaching at Frost Lake since 2002. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ball State University. I have a Master's Degree from Bethel University and an Autism Certificate from St. Thomas University. I have taught all grades at Frost Lake in Special Education.
In my free time I like to cross stitch, garden, and watch my children’s sporting activities.
I live in North St. Paul about 2 miles from Frost Lake Elementary. I have a 30-year-old daughter who lives in Hawaii. I currently have three children that I recently adopted. They are almost 9, 7 and almost 5. I also have their 8-month-old brother that I am in the process of adopting. I love cats and sea turtles. I live with my sister and her 15 year old and 3 year old adopted sons.
This is my 21st year teaching at Frost Lake Elementary after teaching 14 years elsewhere and I love the support that everyone gives the students here at Frost Lake. We are ready for an amazing learning experience!
