Gordon Parks Gala at the St. Paul Hotel

Join us for Gordon Parks High School's 10th anniversary!  

We welcome featured guest Mr. Mario Sprouse, of The Gordon Parks Foundation, an accomplished musician, composer, producer and music arranger for Gordon Parks.  We also welcome special guest David Parks, who is a producer, photographer and son of Gordon Parks.

This is the night we celebrate the students.  

Our program includes a three-course meal, silent auction, live music, a vibrant student-led showcase of projects and performances, as well as curriculum highlights from the last 10 years.  The evening features acclaimed Twin Cities actor and playwright Ronald Collier, who will read selections of Parks literary works.  

Your ticket purchase also gains you access to other school events during anniversary week.

Main dish: Chicken Piccata (can be gluten free), Field Greens salad, rolls, Creme Brûlée dessert with fresh raspberries, non-alcoholic beverages
Vegetarian option: Ricotta Stuffed Cannelloni, Field Greens salad, rolls, Creme Brûlée dessert with fresh raspberries, non-alcoholic beverages

All funds raised will be used to support the curriculum and student learning while continuing to share the legacy of Gordon Parks.
