Vision and Mission

  • Vision
    All Southeast Early Learning Partners work to support initiatives that nurture vibrant, joyful, and hopeful spaces where all, young and old, thrive from sharing their strengths, talents, and diversity. A connected and informed community is resourceful and values its children by providing all its caretakers with the support the need to raise happy and healthy children.

    Mission
    The Southeast St. Paul Early Learning Coalition builds intergenerational communication and information bridges in our community to ensure that every family and resident accesses the resources they need and want.

Current Strategy Focus

  • Southeast Saint Paul Early Learning Coalition is interested in learning more about resources and opportunities that are available to families, specifically summer programming for families (ages birth to adult), transportation, and housing.  We will continue to visit organizations focusing on these interests, or invite them to ELC meetings to learn more about their initiatives and resources.
