Partners in an ELC working to make community connections during a meeting.
Partnerships Coordinators in the Office of Early Learning co-facilitate Early Learning Coalitions (ELCs) across the city. ELCs are comprised of residents, families, organizations, and businesses who gather to discuss and take action on topics relevant to families of young children in their community. The mixed group of partners allows for multiple perspectives and resources which are used to inform plans of action.
