Snow Removal Communication

  • The Snow Removal Status Update Tool is the Facilities Department District-wide communication tool for snow removal efforts. 

    Making Updates:

    Please update the condition of the areas of your building using the below standards. This tool is monitored by the Grounds & Labor Department so they can address issues, and is also made visible on our website for District staff.    

    Red: Less than 75% completion OR a safety issue is present 

    Yellow: 75% - 94% complete 

    Green: 95% or more complete 

    Instructions:

    • Locate the building  
    • Select from the drop-down menu and choose the status for the area in question 
    • Insert relevant comments in the “SPPS Staff Comments” column (ex: main entry needs salt); these will be seen by the Grounds & Labor Department
