Your Choice - Wellness Program

  • Participate in an activity of your choice to improve your health and well-being.

    Examples include:

    • Join a sports league
    • Attend financial seminar
    • Regular volunteering
    • Initiate and champion a wellness program at your site
    • Community education classes
    • Walk or run a race (i.e. 5K or marathon)
    • Regular community gardening
    • Commit to and complete a nutritional program of your choice
    • Home workouts

    Reach out to District.Wellness@SPPS.Org for help with ideas in any of these categories.

    Once you've completed your program, go to www.healthpartners.com/wellbeing to mark your activity done.
